annexation
aneksija statusas T sritis Politika apibrėžtis Nepriklausomos valstybės arba ginčytinos teritorijos prijungimas prie kitos valstybės. Iki 20 a. buvo gana dažnas reiškinys. Po I pasaulinio karo pripažinus tautų apsisprendimo teisę, aneksija be prijungiamos teritorijos gyventojų sutikimo paskelbta tarptautinės teisės požiūriu neteisėtu aktu. Vis dėlto ir 20 a. būta nemažai aneksijos faktų. Europoje ypač pagarsėjo 1938 Miuncheno sutartis, atvėrusi kelią Vokietijai neteisėtai prisijungti dalį Čekoslovakijos, vėliau ir visą Čekiją, bei 1939 Molotovo-Ribbentropo paktas, sudaręs sąlygas Sovietų Sąjungai neteisėtai prisijungti Baltijos valstybes. Aneksijos aktų užfiksuota ir po II pasaulinio karo: 1975 Indonezija prisijungė Rytų Timorą, 1990 Irakas bandė prisijungti Kuveitą. Aneksiją – teritorijos prijungimą prie kitos šalies – reikia skirti nuo okupacijos. atitikmenys: angl. annexation ryšiai: susijęs terminasagresija susijęs terminasokupacija
